UK Next Day Delivery     £6.99


  • Orders must be placed by 11.00am to be dispatched for next working day postage

  • If you make a purchase after this time your item will be dispatched the next business working day

  • Please be aware orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until the next business working day

  • All packages will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt

EU Delivery    £10.99


  • All packages will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Delivery is within 5-12 working days of shipping.

  • EU orders can only be shipped to the billing address

  • Each additional item you add to the basket will incrementally adjust the final shipping cost. This is due to shipping by weight.

Returns


  • We understand that sometimes you make a purchase that you aren’t totally happy with

  • We want to make your life as easy as possible, which is why we offer a full refund within 14 days

  • All we ask is that the item is unworn, in good working order, without damage and returned with the original tags and packaging. Failure to adhere to this may void your refund.

  • Please make sure you try on lingerie with your own underwear underneath. We will not refund dirty/soiled/damaged products

  • We cannot accept for hygiene reasons the following items

    • Any hosiery, tights, stockings, holdups

    • any fishnet product

    • Nipple tassles, pasties or the like

How to Return an Item


  • The customer is responsible for any return postage fees

  • Please use a service such as Royal Mail 1st class recorded. Any other trackable service is recommended. Please retain proof of postage.

  • Go ahead and post your item – make sure you insert your customer details into the package (your name/address) so we know who it is from

  • All items need to be returned in a sensible packaged fashion. Any item that is boned (such as a corset or the like) should not be crushed or poorly packaged. This may damage the item and void your refund/exchange

  • We will then receive and process your order. Please give us 7 working days upon receipt to process your return. Refund of payments can only be returned to the payment method you paid with and can take up to 30 days, dependent on payment provider

Exchanges


  • We cannot always guarantee we have a specific size/style in stock, so if you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us direct and we’ll help – info@theconfectionery.uk

Refunds & Exchanges Policy


  • We make all efforts to hold all items in stock and keep up to date stock lists but sometimes this is not possible due to the nature of retailing. This means we offer no guarantee products are in stock when purchased
  • You must retain a proof of postage for any return. If the package is lost in the post/does not reach our offices, we reserve the right to reject the refund
  • If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product
  • Please be aware we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders
  • You have 14 days from the day which you log your return, to return the item to us to obtain a full refund. After this window we reserve the right to reject the refund.
  • This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a UK consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015)
